Short Bio
Davide leads ECCO’s European programme and is the liaison with ECCO’s European networks.
A journalism graduate, before joining ECCO Davide was a UK Government Civil Servant working on European decarbonisation policies with a particular focus on energy security, coal policy, carbon pricing as well as climate change diplomacy, during a secondment to the European External Action Service in Brussels.
Davide’s area of expertise include the macroeconomic framework for the green transition, green industrial policies and in general the European Green Deal. Davide is an experienced panelist and moderator and has been involved in the organisation of several high-level events.
