Yoali Sandoval is EPICO’s HR & Administration Manager in Berlin.

At EPICO, Yoali oversees the internal administrative affairs and manages relations with external partners on administrative matters.

Yoali completed her Master's Degree in Governance and Public Policy at the University of Passau, with her thesis focusing on the metropolitan coordination of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Before joining EPICO, Yoali gained valuable experience in research, event management and organisation through her work at the Munich Security Conference, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Jalisco State Government, and ITESO University.

Yoali is also a Political Scientist and a certified Human Resources Assistant. She earned her Human Resources Certification from the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2024.
