Holly Attwell is EPICO’s Energy Policy Specialist in Berlin.
Holly holds an MSc in European and International Public Policy from the London School of Economics, during which she studied various aspects of policymaking, EU and international relations, particularly between the UK and EU post-Brexit.
Following her studies, Holly worked as a Senior Researcher for the Energy, Environment and Transport Forum in London. In this role, she was responsible for conducting research and managing high-level policy conferences with stakeholders including academics, industry specialists, and policymakers.
